The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller within 14 days from the date of delivery or personal receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.
By using the returns and refunds form below, the Customer should submit a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement by e-mail: hello@lawina.store or by mail to the following to address: Marzena Rusiłowicz-Korur, ul. Waszyngtona 38/31, 15-304 Białystok, Poland.
Products with proof of purchase should be sent back at the customer’s expense to the following address: Marzena Rusiłowicz-Korur, ul. Waszyngtona 38/31, 15-304 Białystok, Poland.
Only products in good condition are returned (not worn and not washed) in their packing of origin.
The Seller shall return to the Customer received payments within no more than 14 days from the day of receipt of the renunciation declaration, with the stipulation that the return of the payment may be suspended until the Seller receives the items.
